Yeah, I cosplayed a Surfing Pikachu with Katastrophal as a Flying Pikachu.
And it was very much fun! :3
And yes, of course I had a 'surfboard' (a plank, cut in form and painted xP) it's just not in the picture.

I like this photo so much, only this balloon-string looks really... xD
